*Citrus cordial

Iyokan 200ml After squeezing out the essential oils and juice, the Iyokan, which still retains a lot of its flavor, is layered with rock sugar and stirred for four days without adding heat. This results in a candied fruit with an exquisite sweet and sour taste. The fruit is then slowly pressed to produce concentrated Iyokan syrup. Dilute with 5 to 7 parts water or soda before enjoying.

*Citrus cordial

Lemon 200ML Whole domestic lemons with the skin scraped off(R) are soaked in crystal sugar with little unpleasant flavors and stirred to create a candied lemon with an exquisite balance of sourness and sweetness. A concentrated syrup is then extracted by slowly applying pressure. Please dilute with 5 to 7 parts water or soda before enjoying.

*Naruto Kintoki and fully ripe Sudachi jam

This product combines Naruto Kintoki, a sweet potato that is a Tokushima specialty, with Sudachi citrus that has been left to ripen while still on the tree.
