Kamotani Seisakusha Coffee Shop
Creating a sustainable society through the power of coffee and the local community
Kamotani Seisakusha Koffee Shop sells its own roasted specialty coffee both in store and online.
The names are also unique, such as "Gokugoku," which has a good balance of bitterness and sourness and you won't get tired of drinking it every day, and "Ukiuki," which expresses the exciting feeling you get when you drink it for the first time.
"We try to make our coffee enjoyable not only for those who are particular about coffee, but also for those who don't drink much coffee," says Okazaki.
In an effort to create a sustainable society through coffee, they stick the Kamotani Seisakusho shop sticker on unnecessary paper bags. By reusing these bags, they are able to reduce packaging costs, provide coffee at low prices, and actively work towards the SDGs.
The message on the label of the drip coffee they serve, "Make use of each other, connect with each other, and add color to your daily life," always soothes my heart and makes me feel Okazaki's kindness.
Okazaki himself is a father of two children, so he plans to hold events for children through coffee, as well as activities to help more people enjoy their daily coffee more.
We have relocated our store, opened a new roastery and cafe, and are looking forward to letting more coffee lovers know about the newly upgraded Kamotani Seisakusho.
At Awai Shoten, we sell drip coffee and cafe au lait bases. Please enjoy Kamotani Seisakusho's commitment in the comfort of your own home.
