Bamboo shoots boiled in Tosa sauce
【material】
・150g boiled bamboo shoots
・1 cup of bonito flakes ・1 cup of water (A)
・1/2 tablespoon sugar (A)
・1 tablespoon soy sauce (A)
・1 tablespoon cooking sake (A)
・1 tablespoon mirin (A)
【How to make】
1) Cut the bamboo shoots into bite-sized pieces.
② Combine (A) in a pot and bring to a boil, add ①, cover with a lid, and simmer slowly over low to medium heat.
③Put the bonito flakes in another pot and place on low heat. Once cooled, wrap them in kitchen paper and knead until finely chopped.
④When the broth from ② has almost evaporated, add ③ and mix until all the liquid has evaporated.
Bamboo shoots grilled with butter and soy sauce
【material】
・200g boiled bamboo shoots
・1 teaspoon salad oil
・10g butter
・1 tablespoon soy sauce
【How to make】
1) Cut the bamboo shoots into thin wedges.
② Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat and fry the bamboo shoots until they are nicely browned.
3. Add soy sauce and mix well, then add butter and mix. Serve in a serving dish and it's done.
