Subscription Service Terms of Use

The Terms of Use for the Subscription Service (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms") apply to transactions between Awai Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") and customers (hereinafter referred to as the "User") who use the subscription service (defined in Article 2) for products provided on the "Awai Store" (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") operated on the Internet. If the User applies for the subscription service in the manner specified by the Company, it is deemed that the User has understood and agreed to abide by the Terms.

Article 1 Purpose and Scope

1. These Terms and Conditions stipulate the terms and conditions under which the Company provides the subscription service set out in the following article to Customers.

Article 2 Overview of Subscription Service

1. The "Subscription Service" is a service in which, with a one-time order, a sales contract will be concluded for the target product at a discounted price on a regular basis in accordance with the contents of the order, and the target product will be delivered to you.

2. Products will be delivered one month after the initial order. Please note that a minimum purchase period of two months is required.

3. We will continue to deliver products according to the content ordered by the user until the change or cancellation procedure is completed in the manner specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Article 3: Application

1. The User may apply for the subscription service by following the procedures specified by the Company.

2. The sales contract between the User and our company for the subscription service will be established when the User receives an order confirmation email from our company.

Article 4 Payment Method

1. When a sales contract for the subscription service is concluded between the user and our company, the user must pay the product price to our company by credit card.

2. For payments from the second installment onwards, your order will be automatically confirmed at the end of each month.

3. If the interval between your first and second orders is less than 15 days, automatic payment will not be made.

4. If you purchase a regular product at the same time as your first subscription product, we will refund the subscription shipping fee of 350 yen after payment is completed.

Article 5: Changes to, Suspension or Cancellation of Contract Contents

1. The user may change or suspend/cancel the contract details of the subscription service (products, quantity, delivery time, delivery address, etc.) by following the procedures specified by our company. Please complete the procedures at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery date.

2. To suspend or cancel your subscription, go to My Page > Manage Subscriptions.

*You can suspend or cancel your subscription after the second minimum payment (automatic payment) has been completed.

Article 6 Termination of Contract by the Company

If any of the following items apply to the user, the Company may, upon notifying the user, cancel all or part of the sales contract for the subscription service with the user. Furthermore, the Company shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the user as a result of the contract being cancelled at the Company's discretion based on this Article.
(1) If it is discovered that the personal information is false.
(2) If we determine that the prices displayed on this site are incorrect compared to market rates, etc.
(3) If we receive an order that may be intended for resale or profit-making purposes.
(4) If a minor places an order without parental consent.
(5) If circumstances emerge that may impair the user's ability to repay.
(6) If delivery is not possible due to an unknown delivery address or an extended absence.
(7) If you refuse to accept the delivered product without giving any reason.
(8) If there is any violation of these Terms and Conditions or other individual terms and conditions.
(9) If any conduct has been engaged in that the Company reasonably determines to be inappropriate.
(10) Any other reason in which the Company deems it necessary to terminate the contract.

Article 7: Use of Personal Information

We will handle your personal information appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy" posted separately on our website.

Article 8 Returns, etc.

We take every precaution to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that the product you receive is different from what you ordered, or if the product is broken or defective, we will promptly process your request for return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges for anything other than defective products.

*Shipping costs will be borne by us if the product is defective.

Article 9. Changes or Termination of Subscription Services

1. We may change the contents and terms of the subscription service (including but not limited to the contents and price of the products to be delivered, delivery intervals, discount rates, etc.) after providing a reasonable amount of advance notice. If you do not wish to use the subscription service after the changes, please complete the cancellation procedure specified by our company at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery date. If you do not complete the cancellation procedure at least 7 days before the next scheduled delivery date, you will be deemed to have accepted the changes to the subscription service.
2. Regarding any changes to fees, such as changes to shipping charges, discount rates, or applicable product prices, we will notify users individually before making the announcement described in the previous paragraph.
3. We may terminate all or part of the subscription service with prior notice.
4. We shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the user as a result of changes or termination of the subscription service pursuant to the provisions of this Article, except in cases where such damages are attributable to our company.
