The earthy sweetness of Ambot Tea Garden is characteristic of the tea, reminiscent of potatoes, chestnuts, and pumpkins, and the sweetness and umami that spreads slowly in your mouth is overwhelming. This year, you can also feel the savory flavor of burnt cacao trees.

What is Ilam Tea?
You may not be familiar with this, but it is actually black tea grown in the Ilam region of Nepal, which is located just across the border from the well-known Darjeeling region (a famous black tea producing region in northeastern India). Therefore, it has a similar taste and aroma to Darjeeling tea, and is very easy to drink.
