The roastery's initial base is in Kamo-cho, Anan City, Tokushima Prefecture, where Tairyuji Temple, the 21st temple of the 88 sacred places of Shikoku, is located.

Just as suppliers of Guatemalan beans connect producers with Japan, the name "Guatemala Ohenro" is an analogy to the pilgrims who visit all 88 temples and connect each one to the other.

Roast: Extra dark roast single origin
Features:
*Recommended for those who like bitter, dark roasted coffee *Fragrant bitterness and a pleasant aftertaste
*Excellent compatibility with chocolate
