"Eat salad with vegetables"
Umai Foods is a fresh dressing store located in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture.

Fresh vegetables and fruits are cut by hand as much as possible without adding any heat.
You can't make a large amount, but it's a truly fresh dressing packed with the flavor and nutrients of vegetables.

Because it is made from raw vegetables and fruits, it is rich in enzymes.
By improving your immunity and metabolism, you can also expect beautiful skin.

We started making a dressing to make the most of the specially grown Western carrots, "Kobe Mitsu® Carrots," (which have an excellent balance of sweetness and sourness), grown at Yamagami Farm in Kaiyo Town, Tokushima Prefecture.

The ingredients include grated apples, apple cider vinegar, aged champagne vinegar sourced from Asaya Foods in Yamanashi Prefecture, squeezed vinegar made from Setouchi lemons, and a secret ingredient: wasanbon sugar.

After about 10 years, the flavor has been perfected.

It goes well with a variety of dishes, including salads, roast chicken, pork shabu-shabu, and carrot rapée.

Please try this product, which is made with love and carefully crafted by hand.
