[Popular product introduction]

Here are some of the products available at this pop-up.

  • Kamikatsu Awabancha : A lactic acid fermented tea grown without pesticides in the mountainous region of Tokushima Prefecture.
  • Citrus cordial : A citrus syrup made with plenty of yuzu and iyokan fruits harvested deep in the mountains. A great summer item to mix with soda or pour over ice cream.
  • Secret Soy Sauce : This is a masterpiece that represents Hama Shoyu Brewery, which has inherited all the traditions and techniques since its founding in 1897. All ingredients are domestically produced, and it is a pure, additive-free, honjozo dark soy sauce brewed in cedar barrels.
  • KINOF :

Waffle towels made from wood fabric made from thinned cedar trees. The material has a light feel like linen, a smooth texture, and dries quickly.

You can see and touch the attractive products of Shikoku.

We look forward to seeing you all there.
