~ Until salt is made ~
Seawater is pumped up from Nakabayashi Beach in Tokushima Prefecture,
The salt concentration is concentrated slowly in a concentration tank over a period of 4 to 5 days from 3% to 20%.
Then the impurities are allowed to settle in a tank,
Finally, the salt concentration is increased to 34-35% in a salt-grilling pot and crystallized.
This is how "Awa Natural Salt" with its natural, mellow flavor is created.
During the finishing process, the product is inspected twice using a centrifuge and by hand.
