In Ethiopia, the birthplace of coffee, it was eaten as a fruit that helps keep you awake. The Kamo Miyanomae ruins, discovered in the company's founding site, are said to be the origin of the Japanese state (Yamataikoku), so we named it "Ethiopia Miyanomae."

This shop is run by a husband and wife team with 14 years of experience in the coffee industry, and they offer specialty coffee roasted in-house.
